What happens if I do not pay my fine before my due date?

Can I appeal this Notice of Violation?

While there is not an active criminal case filed with the courts, your violation has been reviewed by a prosecuting attorney who has determined there is sufficient evidence for a case to be brought against you.  If you were not the driver of your vehicle at the time of the violation, you may complete and return the "Challenge Form" on the second page of your Notice of Violation to the BSEA at PO box 1183, Enid, OK 73702.  You may also submit your Challenge Form or other information relating to your Notice of Violation via email to enforcement@bseaok.org.  At that time, a BSEA investigator will be assigned to your case and will determine who violated the school bus stop-arm infraction and submit that evidence to the Court.
